1. Do you provide a free trial? |

Yes, we can provide free trial work with a limited scope to help you assess the quality of our output and services. |

| 2. In what format can the drawings/files be sent? |
| |
The drawings/files can be sent in any of the following formats: PDF, JPEG, TIFF DWG, PSD (Adobe Photoshop), RVT (Autodesk Revit), 3DS (3D Max) or any other format compatible with Autodesk software. If the file format is not listed here and if you are unsure if the drawing you plan to send will be compatible, feel free to contact us and we’ll get back to you immediately. |

| 3. What drawing standards are followed? |

We adjust to your drawing standards but if none are specified we will use the default AIA (American Institute of Architects) standards. |

| 4. How do we communicate/collaborate? |
| |
Communication is done through email, phone, fax, VOIP, and available web/video conferencing tools. |

| 5. At what resolution should the paper drawings be scanned? |
| |
Scanned drawings should be at a minimum of 200 DPI and should be readable and of good clarity. |

| 6. How fast can we expect you to finish work on our projects? |
| |
You can expect the work to be completed at the earliest possible time depending on the complexity of the project or task. We ensure that the work is completed with the fastest possible turnaround time and at the level of quality you expect. |

| 7. Do you spell-check the drawings? |
| |
We make sure that all our drawings are thoroughly checked for any errors (including spelling) to ensure that we deliver quality work. |

| 8. How much does it cost? |
| |
We offer different price packages for each of our services. Please contact us to get a quote for our services. |

| 9. For 2D drawings, can I provide my existing CAD backgrounds, styles, fonts, etc.? |

Yes, we can work with your standards and preferences. Our current default set-up is the AIA (American Institute of Architects) layering standard. If you have your own in-house layering standards, dimension styles, or fonts you can provide this data for your projects. |

| 10. Is it possible to see progress at different stages of the project? |
| |
Yes, upon your request and if required, we can send you weekly progress reports of the work we are doing. For longer duration projects we can agree to send progress reports on agreed submission dates or milestones. |

| 11. Can I change the turnaround schedule after the project has started? |
| |
Yes, but it will be subject to approval and depend on availability of additional manpower to dedicate to your project in order to expedite completion. Pricing may also increase and adjustment based on the new turnaround time. |

| 12. Who is the owner of the project files? |
| |
You as the client or customer are the owner of the files. All files will be securely stored and archived for a minimum of 6 months. Simply contact us if you need us to resend your project files and we will retrieve them from our archive at no extra cost. |

| 13. If I request a quote for your services how soon can I expect feedback? |
| |
We will contact you or provide a quote for you within 24-48 hours from the time we receive your inquiry. |
